Vinyasa & Slowflow
YOGA
Certified in Vinyasa Yoga with a 200hr training and pre/post natal yoga diploma from De Gasquet Institute in Paris, I am teaching a unique yoga class mixing the flow of vinyasa and the steadiness of Hatha yoga. The practices that I offer mix intensity and relaxation. Postures follow one another with grace and fluidity generally in silence, in the respect of the self and the attention to our own personal limitations.
I have discovered Yoga after my first pregnancy. After suffering a paralyzing sciatica, I was diagnosed with two herniated discs in the lower back.
I rapidly fell in love with this practice and the philosophy that comes with it. Yoga allowed me to know myself better, to know my body and discover its infinite possibilities.
More than a physical practice, I have found in Yoga a way to center myself, to push myself and learn how to trust my body. My teaching is based on kindness, intention in the movements, the synchronization between postures and breathe and the constant search for balance between strength and softness, control and release.
